Ever since I received the news of my wonderful allergicness (not a real word) to wheat, all I do is think about what I'm going to eat or what I can not eat. Do you realize how annoying it is to not be hungry, but still thinking about your next meal? Well I'm here to tell ya, its not only annoying but frustrating too. Agh, I never knew how many items contain wheat!!!
With that said, for the next week or so I'm going to be making our refrigerator and pantry more conducive to preparing meals for me and the hubby. Starting with the refrigerator, since it is almost bare, I figured its the perfect time to restock and organize. Organization is going to be key, since I am the only one with the allergy and the rest of the family love them some wheat products. I also hope this allows my brain to think of something other than my lack of donut intake. :(
Here is what the frig looks like today... very barren. LOL.
Well, off to store I go!
